Karachi, Higher Education Commission (HEC) is offering scholarships of Rs. 6000 per month for the studies but unprivileged students of University of Karachi. All those applicants who want to apply for this scholarship must be enrolled in a respective program (morning) studying on University of Karachi campus.
Applicants are invited from financially deprived and needy Pakistani nationals for the award of scholarships for Masters (2 years), Honours + Master (4 years) and Pham-D (5 years) program. Application forms are available online and are also available at Students Financial Aid Office (SFAO), University of Karachi.
Deadline for the submission of complete applications to the Students Financial Aid office is latest by 30th November.
Scholarship is based on assessment of need and merit as well as availability of funds. Selection will be decided on the basis of information provided in this form and investigations for the authentication of provided information. Candidate may be required to appear for interview (s).
Providing false information may result in one or all of the mentioned: Cancellation of admission. Rustication from the university, Initiation of criminal proceedings, Disqualification for award of any future loan/scholarship, Refund of all the payment received and or a penalty equal to total scholarship amount.
