Bahawalpur: The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) has extended the financial aid of Rs690 million to almost 18,151 deserving students in 3 districts of Bahawalpur division.
This was shared by the officials of PEEF at a meeting conducted at office of Commissioner Saqib Zafar.
He said that the main idea of PEEF revolved around extending sustainable financial assistance to intelligent as well as deserving students so that they can continue their studies.

“To raise the public awareness about the long-term impact of this investment in building strong and vibrant human resource base, all investors should play their role with proselytizer zeal,” he added.
Scholarships of worth Rs268.5 million for 6611 students of Bahawalpur district, scholarships worth Rs210 million for 5751 students of Bahawalnagar district as well as the scholarships to the tune of Rs214.2 million for 5795 students of RYK district have been distributed.
