Karachi, The federal minister for inter-provincial coordination announced on Thursday that a cadet college would be established in Kandhkot, Kashmore district.
Minister Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani said this while talking to media at PIDC after a briefing session. He said that the establishment of a cadet college is the enduring demand of the people of the area.
He said that land for building the college was available and it would be built over an area of 114 acres.
Initially the format would be for 60 cadets, said the federal minister. “Annually 60 more would be added until there are 600 cadets.
Mr Bijarani said that the approved cost of the project would be Rs500 million but the estimated cost was around Rs1 billion.
Educational Board on Balochistan has announced the schedule of intermediate annual examination 2013. According to the declared scheduled, annual exams of FA, FSc would be started from April 09, 2013.
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Quetta (BISE Quetta) started its working as a commanding body for conducting matriculation and intermediate examinations. It conducts examination within its jurisdiction and the present areas under its umbrella are district Quetta, Makran, Kalat and Kandahar.
BISE Quetta would announce date sheet of inter exams a month before the exams commencement. BISE Quetta conducts its Inter exams in April while declaration of HSSC result usually made in August and September.
