Shabqadar: The aspirants of FATA colleges and universities have criticized the action of Fata agency as the agency has not provided scholarship to students this year.
The president of Bajaur Student Organisation Fazal Rehman said that the Tribal students studying on the Fata domicile in different colleges and universities crosswise the country have been deprived of their right to the scholarships.

These scholarships have been granted from the agency political administration’s funds to students from Fata. Though, the scholarship was not given this year.
Rehman furthermore said that the amounts were not paid this year to students of Fata. In the past, authorities were giving Rs 4,000 to college students while Rs5, 000 to university students annually.
“This is totally injustice against Fata students,” Rehman added.
He said the people of Fata suffered greatly because of the militancy in recent years and even their per capita income had decreased, making it difficult to pay dues.
