Fashion show at Kinnaird College on March 01

Lahore, Kinnaird College for Women Lahore is going to organize a fashion show on March 1st, 2013 to celebrate the 100 years of Style, Fashion and Glamour, FS Events and PR, in collaboration with OAKS (Old Association of Kinnaird Students) will organize a Fashion Show unlike any other. Designers from Karachi and Lahore will take part in the event at Kinnaird College, to display their latest and top brands.

The venue of the programs is at Perin Boga Amphitheater, Kinnaird College for Women Lahore at 6:30 pm.

Limited Passes are available from Kinnaird College from the February 25, 2013.

Kinnaird College (KC) conducted opening ceremony of centennial celebrations on Monday.

A large number of faculty members, students, alumni and notable guests took part in the event. Famous celebrities such as Durdana Butt, Faryal Gauhar and Madeeha Gauhar also attended it.

Kinnaird College for Women Principal Dr. Rukhsana welcomed the audience and said It is a landmark in the history of attainments and assistances towards empowering women.

The event was also attended by Old Associates of Kinnaird Society (OAKS) from all over Pakistan and India. OAKs Lahore President Surraya Anwar congratulated the Kinnaird staff and students.

A special documentary was showed which described the history of the college since 1913 to date and displayed the major achievements attained during this time. This documentary was made by Zafar Iqbal and Samer Rizwan.
