Lahore, COMSATS has won the fifth Dr Charles W Forman Inter-University Football Championship 2013.
Over all eight universities participated in the championship which was held on April 08, 2013. The institutes which took part are CFE, University of South Asia, King Edward Medical University, COMSATS, University of Management and Technology, Beaconhouse National University, GCU and FCC.
Teams of FCC and COMSATS played the final match and COMSATS beaten the FCC by 4-5 goals. FCC Rector, Dr James Tebbe graced the event as a Chief Guest at the occasion and awarded prizes among the winners. He praised the efforts of the students and said that such co-curricular activities can be helpful in practical lives.
