Lahore: Beacon house has introduced its School Service Quality Management Programme known as BEACONNECT. The launching ceremony for the programme was organized at Beaconhouse Newlands, Lahore.
This was an experimental launch in Beaconhouse Central Region and when the programme is tested out in this zone, it would be launched across the country.
Mr Adeel Hashmi was the main speaker at the ceremony. Chief Executive Mr Kasim Kasuri, Regional Director Centre Mr Ali Ahmad Khan, School Group Heads, School Heads, Heads of Departments as well as Head Office Management also attended the launching ceremony on Tuesday.
In the ceremony, there was a presentation made by Grassroot Consultant Zeeshan Hasan, who designed this programme for Beaconhouse school system. This was followed along with a panel discussion as well as cake-cutting ceremony.

BEACONNECT features 21 main service indicators. It would allow the management of school to interact along with the parents utilizing the state-of-the-art technology systems like shortcode SMS feedback and recorded survey calls.
The complaints will be handled through a homegrown robust complaint management system. Moreover, the programme will involve behavioral training of the school staff, which would be conducted as required.
The school management also announced that they will be recognizing and rewarding those employees who go the additional mile in offering exceptional quality services and perform beyond expectations.
